Dr. Razeena Rasheed is a passionate academician with more than 14 years of
experience in teaching both undergraduate and post graduate levels and 1 year
Industry experience. She had been previously associated with varied Management,
Arts and Logistic institutes both at the college and University level and
is specialized in Human Resource Management. She also teaches General
Management and Economics subjects. She possess two post graduations- in
Business management and Business Economics and holds PhD in
Management from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala, India. Her
research Interest span across overqualification, skill development, active
learning, higher education, digital acceleration and employee
well-being. She had published and presented papers in many National and
International conferences and is a passionate researcher.
She is a life member of ISTD-Indian
Institute if Training and Development and is an excellent trainer in research
methodology and soft skills and offers communication skills and placement
training to students. She is also a motivational speaker and served as resource
person for Faculty Development programs and value addition sessions for
students.
In AOU Dr. Razeena served as the Branch Course Chair (BCC) for
the courses -B207A, DD309A, DD309B, DD209A, DD209B, ECO340, ECO341, ECO 102 and
ECO101. She teaches general management courses as well as economics courses and
handles subjects -B207A, LB170, BUS110, BS100, BUS115, ECO102, DD209A, DD209B,
DD309A, DD309B, ECO341 and B123. Before joining AOU She handled both economics,
HR and general management courses in both graduate and undergraduate
level.
Dr.
Razeena has over 15 years of teaching experience in various Management,
Logistics and Arts colleges in India previously. She has taught both at the
