and result driven person with over fourteen years of experience in the training
field related to building essential human and professional skills.
I have
worked with various local and international organizations such as the United
Nations, US Aid, Norwegian People’s Aid, and Friedrich Ebert in addition to
Local NGO’s.
I have
performed trainings related to Effective Communication, Building a self-image,
Conflict Management and Negotiation, Small Business Launching and Management,
Team Building, Leadership, and Livelihood.
A real
motivator and a problem solver committed to using education, knowledge, skills,
professional experience, and personal abilities to advance the mission and the
vision of corporation with a strong commitment to building a creative and
productive training environment for trainees and stakeholders.
Based on the
situation and environment change, proven ability to adjust the leading style
whilst empowering, developing, encouraging self-development of the trainees.
I have shifted
my 9 years’ career in the banking sector onto education and training to have
the opportunity to use my experience and knowledge to enhance the lives of
others as I enjoy pushing individuals to the extent of their abilities. I work
on empowering my students to improve their abilities so they would excel in
their life personally and professionally, as I always say: “Class is the Laboratory
of life”.
